June 3 – Lois Carrier-Maurice, Certified Financial Planner and investment advisor.  “How to produce an income during retirement and not run out.”

 

June 10 – Jim Boult, public affairs chairperson for Southwest Virginia for ESER (Employer Support for the National Guard and Reserve).  This volunteer organization under the U.S. Department of Defense encourages employers to do whatever they can for servicemen and women when they are called to active duty. 

 

June 17 – Floyd Bailey, information technology manager for the Town of Abingdon, will talk about Abingdon’s new wireless connectivity.

 

June 24 – Brian Johns will talk about voting awareness. 

 

July 1 - Lois Carrier-Maurice, Certified Financial Planner and investment advisor.  “An update on the Market and the economy.”
